To use Smart Dating Coach, simply start a conversation on Telegram. Your conversation history is maintained to provide context and continuity in ongoing advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your Telegram account, all activities that occur under your account, and using the service in accordance with these Terms.
Fans can chat with your AI persona for free with limited daily messages. To continue unlimited access or unlock premium features, fans can subscribe directly through Telegram using ReplyFan’s seamless in-app payment system.
As a content creator, you will receive a share of the subscription revenue from premium users interacting with your AI persona. The specific revenue split will be agreed upon between you and ReplyFan prior to your chatbot’s launch.
ReplyFan covers all development, hosting, and maintenance costs. You will not be charged to create or maintain your AI chatbot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments and subscription renewals are processed securely through Stripe. Smart Dating Coach does not store any sensitive payment information. By subscribing, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
You can start, pause, or cancel your subscription directly through Telegram at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you will be downgraded to the free plan.
ReplyFan provides each creator with access to a dashboard containing anonymized performance metrics, including:

As a creator using ReplyFan, you agree to:
Smart Dating Coach provides AI-generated dating advice based on proven dating frameworks and coaching principles. The advice is intended to be helpful guidance, but it is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
You are solely responsible for your actions and decisions. While our AI coach provides guidance, dating is personal and you should always:
Your conversations are private and used solely to provide you with personalized advice. We do not share your conversations with other users or use them for purposes beyond providing you the service.

We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services, including OpenAI, Stripe, or Telegram. Any issues with these services are subject to their respective terms of service.
In the event of harmful or incorrect AI-generated advice, we will:

You agree to indemnify and hold Smart Dating Coach harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service or actions taken based on AI-generated advice.
